Disposable email vs. real email: which one when?

Both types of address have their place. You need a real, permanent address for everything you want long-term access to: online banking, official communication, shopping accounts with an order history, or professional contacts.

A disposable address shines wherever privacy and one-time use matter. It is anonymous, requires no registration, and leaves no traces in third-party databases that later turn into spam.

Rule of thumb: will you still need the emails in a week? Then use a real address. Is it just a quick confirmation or a test? Then use a temporary one.
