A disposable address shines wherever privacy and one-time use matter. It is anonymous, requires no registration, and leaves no traces in third-party databases that later turn into spam.
Rule of thumb: will you still need the emails in a week? Then use a real address. Is it just a quick confirmation or a test? Then use a temporary one.
